5.3 Automatic Renewal

6. Refund Policy

OrexeTV offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.

6.2 Refund Conditions

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
• Refunds apply to first-time subscribers only. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not provided for issues related to the user's internet connection, device compatibility (unless pre-approved by support), or failure to follow setup instructions.

6.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• After the 7-day money-back period has expired.
• For renewal or subsequent subscription payments.
• If account sharing or credential abuse is detected.
• For temporary service interruptions due to server maintenance (scheduled or emergency).
• If the user's ISP blocks or throttles IPTV traffic (we recommend using a VPN).

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

OrexeTV does not claim ownership of third-party content (TV channels, movies, sports broadcasts) streamed through the Service. All third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service provides access to third-party content including TV channels, movies, sports events, and other programming. OrexeTV does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content. You access such content at your own risk.

10. Service Availability and Uptime

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Merchantability

13. Indemnification

• You share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• You initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first

16.2 Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve disputes with OrexeTV on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
